You can stop renewal from account billing. Access continues to the paid period end unless law or checkout terms say otherwise. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
One-time courses
Refund eligibility considers time since purchase, content accessed, service failure and applicable law. The operative terms appear before order confirmation.
Duplicate charge or missing access
Support verifies the Stripe event, order and access ledger without asking for full card details.
Submitting a request
Use the contact page, choose Billing, and provide the account email, date and relevant item. Requests and decisions are recorded in the audit log.
